Calculator data

The pay calculator runs entirely in your browser. No salary figures, personal allowances, tax codes, or any other inputs you enter are transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere. All calculations happen locally on your device.

  • Google Analytics — tracks aggregate page views, session duration, and traffic sources. IP addresses are anonymised. No personally identifiable information is collected.

If you sign up for pay award notifications, we store your email address and the timestamp of your consent using beehiiv (beehiiv.com), a US-based email platform, which sends you a confirmation email before adding you to the list. beehiiv is compliant with GDPR standard contractual clauses.

We will only email you about police pay updates. We will never:

  • Send marketing unrelated to police pay
  • Sell or share your email address with third parties
  • Pass your data to advertisers
